RULES OF PLAY

Covenant Health employees are eligible to purchase tickets through the Covenant Foundation Lottery Payroll Deduction Program. Covenant employees can only opt in online at CovenantFoundationLotteryPayroll.ca. Covenant employees are not able to opt in to the Payroll Deduction Program through phone, kiosk, mail, or at the lottery dream home.

Purchased tickets through CovenantFoundationLotteryPayroll.ca will be deducted from Covenant payroll on September 6, September 20, October 4 and October 18, 2023. These payment deductions will occur provided that the ticket-processing centre is able to validate the employee ID and the opt-in request was made prior to the payroll deduction deadline of August 22, 2023.

Please note that those who purchase through payroll deduction will not be eligible for the Loyalty Prize and Bonus Prize, as deductions will not be processed prior to their deadlines. If a Covenant employee would like to be eligible for the Loyalty or Bonus prize, they must purchase their tickets through one of the Covenant Foundation Lottery public sales options.

If you purchase Covenant Foundation Lottery tickets through the payroll deduction program you are eligible for all of these prizes:

• Early Bird Prize:
  Private Caribbean Yacht Experience or $200,000 Cash
• Final Prize:
  $2.2-Million Dream Home, Luxury Vehicles, Gorgeous Getaways, and other great prizes

The Split50 prize is a cash prize equaling 50% of ticket sales up to $2,000,000 (maximum cash prize of $1,000,000.)

The Festive Dream Dollars prizes will be awarded daily from December 1, 2023 through December 31st, 2023, with a maximum prize value of $100,000.

In the event a payment defaults and is unable to be processed during the above listed payroll periods, a lottery ticket will not be issued, and the Covenant employee will be refunded for any payments that were taken prior to the defaulted payment.

Individual ticket numbers are generated and issued once all four payments have been received. Individuals will be entered into the lottery draw once tickets numbers are generated. Lottery numbers are sent by mail or email depending on which communication method was selected at checkout.

*The final day to opt in to the Covenant Foundation Lottery Payroll Deduction Program is August 22, 2023 at CovenantFoundationLotteryPayroll.ca. Lottery tickets outside of the payroll deduction program can be purchased until midnight, November 9, 2023.
