Q. How much are the tickets?
Covenant DreamLife Lottery Ticket Packages:
  • 1 for $100
  • 4 for $250
  • 7 for $375
  • 15 for $600
  • 25 for $725
Split 50 Ticket Packages:
  • 1 for $10
  • 5 for $25
  • 25 for $50
  • 40 for $75
Festive Dream Dollars Ticket Packages

Q. Do I have an option for deductions?
- e.g. The number of pay periods for deductions, pay for the whole ticket in one pay period.
A. The payroll option is only available for opt-in from July 5 to July 28 through CovenantFoundationLotteryPayroll.ca. All opt-in orders will be deducted from your Covenant Health payroll across 4 even payments on August 11, August 25, September 8 and September 22. If you wish to purchase tickets in one payment, it can be done through the public site CovenantFoundationLottery.ca but not via payroll.
Q. I am casual, can I participate?
A. All Covenant Health staff can participate providing the ticket process centre is able to validate an employee ID and the staff member has enough earnings to cover the deduction each payment period.
Q. If I do not have any hours in one of the pay periods will my ticket be cancelled?
A. If an individual does not have sufficient payroll to cover a deduction in a pay period, the individual is notified via email from Covenant Foundation Lottery Customer Service that their order is cancelled, any amounts deducted to date will be refunded and the individual can still buy a ticket after using public payment methods like CovenantFoundationLottery.ca or 780.944.2774 (8am to 11pm, 7 days a week).
Q. Do I have to buy tickets through payroll deduction or can I submit a payment for the whole ticket?
A. All payroll orders are deducted from Covenant Health payroll across 4 even payments on August 11, August 25, September 8 and September 22. If you wish to purchase tickets in one payment, it can be done through the public site CovenantFoundationLottery.ca but not via payroll.
Q. I also work for AHS, can I have my deductions come from my AHS pay?
A. Payment deductions must come entirely from Covenant paycheques.
